The Laffer Gallery is pleased to present Of Land & Form, an exhibition featuring the paintings of Harry Orlyk and the sculptures of Ronn T. Mattia. Bringing together two artists with distinct approaches to their work, the exhibition explores the relationship between landscape, nature, and the forms that surround us.

Harry Orlyk’s paintings capture the beauty and character of the rural landscape, reflecting a deep connection to the land and the changing seasons. His work offers an intimate perspective on familiar surroundings, finding beauty in the everyday. In contrast, Ronn T. Mattia’s sculptures explore shape, structure, and balance, transforming materials into compelling forms that invite viewers to experience them from different perspectives.

While their mediums and artistic approaches differ, both artists share an appreciation for the natural world and the relationship between form and space. Orlyk’s expressive landscapes and Mattia’s sculptural works create an engaging dialogue, offering two unique interpretations of the world around us. Together, their work encourages viewers to consider nature through both the familiar beauty of the landscape and the possibilities of three-dimensional form.
