Yuta Ishino creates paintings where tiny figures interact with animals among the natural world. What remains is a beautiful world in which we all share, bringing our own personal stories to the collective experience.
Artist Statement
Yuta from Tokyo, Japan. My father is a Japanese water color painter who had been teaching me drawing/painting since I was kid. After graduation of Tokyo Design Academy, I have moved to NY and start working as web/graphic designer at Times Square. Solo exhibition: Canada, Italy, Russia and New York. Main theme : “Harmony of coexistence between human and nature across all boundary lines”. Media : Mixed media (Acrylic, Photo transfer, Oil-bar) Even though you step forward to the painting, you realize tiny human figures play with animals among flowers and building skylines, which is beautiful world. We all share the world. Not many words are required to explain my work, How you feel to see them is what I mean.
